xEach Ceramiq piece is handmade with care by our skilled artisans and carefully inspected before shipping. That said, if something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help — though we handle exchanges only in very specific cases.
What’s Eligible for Exchange?
We accept exchange requests only if:
- The item you received is broken or damaged in transit
- There’s a clear manufacturing defect
As our products are handcrafted, minor variations in shape, texture, or glaze are natural and not considered defects.
Not Eligible for Exchange
- Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers
- Custom-made or bulk orders
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery
How to Request an Exchange
If your order meets the criteria above, email us at support@ceramiq.in within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:
- Your Order Number
- Photos or a short video clearly showing the issue
- Images of the outer and inner packaging
Once we review and approve the request (typically within 2 business days), we’ll schedule a reverse pickup and send a replacement.
In Case of Refund
If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. For COD orders, we’ll request your bank details to process the refund.
Some Things to Keep in Mind
- Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled or edited once placed
- Please double-check your delivery address — we can’t refund orders with incorrect or incomplete information
- If the package appears tampered with, write “Received Damaged” when accepting the delivery and keep all packaging intact for review
- While we usually deliver within 7 working days, delays due to logistics or weather may extend delivery up to 30 days. In such cases, you’re free to cancel for a full refund
- If an item is out of stock after your order, we’ll either restock it within 30 days or issue a full refund
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
