Return & Exchange Policy

At Saanjh Studio, each piece is handcrafted with care by our skilled artisans and thoroughly inspected before dispatch. However, if something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help — though exchanges are handled only in specific cases.

Eligibility for Exchange:
We accept exchange requests only if:

  • The item arrived damaged or broken in transit

  • There is a clear manufacturing defect

Please note: Minor texture, glaze, or shape variations are natural in handmade products and are not considered defects.

Not Eligible for Exchange:

  • Items bought during sales or promotions

  • Custom or bulk orders

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery

How to Request an Exchange:
Email us at support@saanjhstudio.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your Order Number

  • Photos or video clearly showing the issue

  • Images of both the outer and inner packaging

Our team will respond within 2 business days. If approved, we’ll schedule a reverse pickup and ship a replacement after quality inspection.

Refunds:
If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. For COD orders, we’ll request your bank details to process the refund.

Important Notes

  • Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.

  • Refunds are not applicable if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.

  • No refund if the package is refused or delivery fails after 3 attempts.

  • If the package appears tampered with, write "Received Damaged" on the delivery slip and retain all packaging for inspection.
